Yes I know what you´re thinking, when I heard this for the first time it threw me a bit as well. As you know I´m on the course being run by Alex Jeffreys and one of the things that he advocates is exactly this phrase. If you think about it, it makes sense. I for one had an awful lot of information stored in my head that quite frankly I didn´t know how the hell to use, so I took on board Alexs advice and went back to make sure all the basic foundations of my business where in order.  just by using the action of ¨moving forward to basics¨I have in the space of three weeks become so much more focused on the things that are important.
